Graham A. Purdy, President and Chief Executive Officer

Graham was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2022. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Purdy served as Chief Operating Officer from 2019 until 2022. Since joining TPB in 2004, Mr. Purdy has held various leadership positions, including as President of the New Ventures Division and Senior Vice-President Sales. During his tenure, Mr. Purdy oversaw two of the Company’s highly successful brand extensions, rolling out Zig-Zag Cigar Wraps and Stoker’s MST. In addition, he built a highly effective sales organization driven by an industry-leading performance management system, strategically positioned a number of highly successful new products, and led the integration of many of the Company’s most important strategic initiatives. Before joining TPB, Graham spent 7 years at Philip Morris, USA, where he served in senior sales and sales management positions.

Graham holds an A.B. from California State University, Chico.

Alicia Carrasco, Chief People Officer

Alicia Carrasco started with the company as Chief People Officer in 2022. Alicia has responsibility of ensuring the people and culture agenda support TPB’s business objectives through focus on strategic workforce strategies that support employee development and engagement.

Previously, Alicia was the Vice President of Human Resources, Consumer Self-Care Americas at the Perrigo Company, where she designed and implemented the human resource strategy for North America. She also previously led Perrigo’s Global Talent Management function, including diversity and inclusion, organizational development and learning and development. Prior to joining the Perrigo Company, Alicia held a variety of human resource leadership roles spanning across various industries including retail, food manufacturing and waste management.

Alicia holds B.S. from Cornerstone University and an M.B.A. in HR Management from Spring Arbor University.

John Charnovich, Chief Information Officer

John Charnovich joined the company in 2022 as Chief Information Officer. In this role, John is responsible for driving the IT strategy and key transformation initiatives company-wide.

Prior to joining TPB John served as CIO for Everscore after serving the same function at Crocs. Earlier in John’s career, he was in technology leadership roles for Consumer Goods leaders Pure Fishing, Jarden, Hanesbrands and Compaq. With over 25 years of experience, John has helped transform business performance from sales and marketing through Supply Chain operations and built leading IT organizations for these companies.

John holds a B.S. in Industrial Management and Mathematics from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Brittani N. Cushman, General Counsel and Secretary

Brittani is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the TPB legal and external affairs groups. Brittani joined the company in 2014.

Brittani currently serves on the National Association of Tobacco Outlets Board of Directors. She also participates in a number of other industry trade associations, including the Cigar Association of America, Coalition of Independent Tobacco Manufacturers of America, and the Coalition of Manufacturers of Smoking Alternatives.

Prior to joining the company, Brittani spent five years at Xcaliber International, Ltd., L.L.C., where she was most recently the General Counsel, responsible for all legal affairs.

Brittani holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Tulsa and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Summer Frein, Chief Revenue Officer

Summer Frein joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer in early 2022. In December 2022, Summer was appointed to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer.

Summer leads the company's unified revenue strategy and oversees the marketing & sales functions to ensure we connect with our customers and consumers to profitably grow our company’s brands. Her oversight includes brand management, creative services, ecommerce, marketing services, consumer insights, and sales.

Prior to joining Turning Point Brands, Summer held a variety of senior leadership roles over the course of 15 years at Cronos Group and Altria Group, Inc. across sales, digital strategy, marketing, and strategy and business development. As General Manager of Cronos Group, USA, she was responsible for implementing and defining the strategy and execution across all areas of the business including sales strategy, marketing, and operations. Prior to Cronos, in addition to a variety of senior level roles over 13 years at Altria, she led the cannabis research and investment strategy within the Strategy and Business Development Group.

Summer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a minor in Spanish from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She is also a member of Chief, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.

Louie Reformina, Chief Financial Officer

Louie was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2021. He joined the company as Vice President of Business Development in 2019 and subsequently became the Chief Business Development Officer in 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Louie spent nearly two decades in the finance and investment industry working at Point72 Asset Management, Waterfront Capital Partners, Perella Weinberg Partners and Vestar Capital Partners in various roles deploying capital across different industries. He began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Louie holds a B.S, Summa Cum Laude, in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A from Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Frank J. Vignone, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SALES

In 2021, Frank was promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales. Frank has responsibility for strategic development and direction of the Marketing, International Sales, and domestic Sales teams. Previously, Frank was the Vice President of Sales.

Frank joined the company in 2018 and as the Senior Director of National Accounts where he was responsible for developing and leading go to market strategies, training, development & advancement for our National Accounts Team.

Prior to joining the company Frank was a Partner and Vice President of Sales for Global Brewing Solutions in Orlando, Florida. Before that, Frank spent 30 years with Altria where he held various leadership positions in Sales, Marketing and Trade Relations.

Frank holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
